Michael Chan is a PhD candidate whose academic journey is motivated by a deep commitment to advancing knowledge in the field of directed graph signal processing, with a particular focus on brain neuroimaging and brain graph signal processing. Michael first earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the french engineering school l’X Ecole Polytechnique. This foundation provided Michael with a strong analytical and computational skill set. Building upon this solid academic base, he pursued a Master's degree in Data Science at EPFL (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne), one of the world's leading institutions for data science and engineering.
